Booking: can be effected through internet, telephone fax or post.
Deposit: the booking will be valid when we receive a fax, whiting 7 days from the date of booking with the receive of the deposit through credit card, bank order, postal money order or bank check.
Renouncement: cancellations will be accepted only written 30 days before the proposed arrival date, holding back 20% of the versed deposit. 15 days before the proposed arrival date, holding back 80% of the versed deposit. Cancellation after this day will not produce a refund.
In case of arrival after the reserved date or interruption of the stay the guest is obliged to the payment of the whole booked amount.
Deliveries: the housing unities will be delivered after the hours 16:30 cleaning up and in order.
Caution: a cautionary deposit of Euro 150,00 has to be paid anticipated to the arrival; the deposit will be returned to the departure, that has to be affected within the hours 10:00.
Previous control of inventory, cleaning and possible damages.
Settlement: the settlement of the stay must have effected to the arrival. We do not accept any cheques.
The direction reserves him the faculty to assign the lodgings to his discretion.
